Our goal at OnlyCast is to offer the best Chromecast solution for hotels, providing seamless, user-friendly hospitality TV casting that enhances guest satisfaction while being cost-effective and easy to implement for hotel operators. OnlyCast is designed to be elegant and affordable which is why only three components are required to operate OnlyCast: the Gateway Appliance, the casting devices, and the subscription.
Subscription
OnlyCast operates on a subscription basis, costing $3 per Chromecast per month (billed annually). This includes access to our cloud platform, regular updates, and full support.
Hardware
Because OnlyCast leverages existing WiFi networks and TVs, it’s a cost-effective solution for hotels and hospitality. Depending on your chosen accessories, hardware costs range from $30 to $60 per TV, plus our physical appliance (one per hotel) at $230. The minimum hardware requirement is a Google Chromecast or other compatible streaming device.*
Optional accessories include our programmable remote control and an anti-theft enclosure.

Full Service:
Configuration and installation of all devices and components is handled by us or one of our local partners.
Partial Service:
Equipment is preconfigured, tested, and labeled at our office. Hotel staff can deploy the system at their convenience as rooms become available. Available U.S. only*
